The exhibition featuring artists: Burcu Erden, Mithat Şen, Erman Özbaşaran, Olgu Ülkenciler, Ahmet Çerkez, Yasha Butler, Işıl Kapu, Günnur Özsoy, Gülnihal Yıldız, Nisan Yıldırım, Renin Bilginer, Uğur Daştan and Ilgın Seymen. Presented in an intense installation, the exhibition also features print works of Orhan Peker, Cihat Burak, Avni Arbaş, Adnan Çoker and Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu from the Gallery Collection. With this installation, which establishes a dynamic transition between density and space, it is possible for the viewer to discover the relationships and effects between the works and to be inspired by the installation styles for their own spaces.
“On the Nature of Daylight” is a modest invitation to observe the changing effects of daylight filtering through the gallery space at different hours and to reflect on the effect of daylight on our lives.
Gallery Bosfor brings a new interpretation to the tradition of summer exhibitions. Bringing together current productions and pieces from the gallery collection, the installation is designed as if the space is a home. Attention is drawn to the conscious and coincidental relationships that will be established by the flexibility of installation with the nature of daylight.
